Fitness has always been a cornerstone of my life. But it wasn’t until I immigrated to the US in my early 20s that I saw how powerful it can be. New to the US, I felt lost and lonely. I was working a couple of jobs, had no friends, and was pretty miserable
I fell back into the gym training as a way to feel at home. Training has the ability to connect people and build communities. And it’s a powerful way to take control of your body and health – now, and for the future.
Before long I knew I wanted to make personal training my career. I studied, qualified, and spent time with some of the best names in the health and fitness industry. The more I learned, the more I wanted to know.
My coaching is in-depth and detailed. Together we will figure out what has been holding you back from feeling great. Your program will include training and nutrition, and also, sleep, stress, digestion, mindset and lifestyle coaching.
Whether we work in-person or online, you have access to me anytime via message. I understand that some things can’t wait til the next session or check-in. When you work with me, you get true collaborative coaching partnership.
I am passionate about developing myself as a coach. I study, read and network to make sure my knowledge is up to date. During the coaching process you will get an education from me which will set you up for life.
